This website provides a crowdfunding-style project support service.
Due to the nature of this service, cancellations and refunds after support has been confirmed are generally not accepted.
However, refunds may be provided only in the following cases:
- System errors such as duplicate payment processing
- The project is cancelled at the organizer’s discretion
- A refund is deemed necessary in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
