These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for use of the crowdfunding service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Sea of Time - TOHOKU Project (hereinafter referred to as “this website”).
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships relating to the use of the Service between the user and this website.
Article 2 (Content of the Service)
The Service is a crowdfunding-style service intended to support projects.
By supporting a project, users may receive returns (goods or services).
Article 3 (Completion of Support)
Support shall be deemed completed when the user submits an application for support and the payment procedure has been completed.
Article 4 (Cancellation)
As the Service is crowdfunding-based, cancellations and refunds cannot, in principle, be made after support has been confirmed.
Article 5 (Returns)
The details of returns and their shipping schedule shall be based on the information stated on each project page.
However, shipping may be delayed due to manufacturing conditions, logistics circumstances, weather, or other reasons.
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in any of the following acts:
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Unauthorized access or improper operation of the system
- Acts that cause inconvenience to other users or third parties
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
- Any other acts that this website deems inappropriate
Article 7 (Changes to the Service)
This website may change or suspend the content of the Service without prior notice to users.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
This website shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users through use of the Service, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of this website.

Article 11 (Overseas Supporters)
In the case of support from overseas, import regulations, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance procedures, and other requirements of each country may apply.
Such costs and procedures shall be handled at the responsibility of the supporter.
