Tomioka Town Community Collaboration Student Internship Program: Call for Applications

富岡町地域協働型 学生インターンシップ募集のお知らせ

The "Sea of Time – Tohoku" project is pleased to announce its participation as a host company for student interns as part of the Tomioka Town Community Collaboration Student Internship Program.

In Tomioka Town, which is undergoing reconstruction and revitalization after experiencing the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Tokyo Electric Power Company Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident, we continue to explore the meaning and possibilities that art can bring to this town, in collaboration with the local community.

During the internship, through dialogues with local residents, fieldwork at the planned museum site, and participation in the planning and promotion of art projects, interns will gain a multifaceted understanding of what it means to build a museum in this location and envision the future together.

Why not join us in contemplating the significance of building a museum in this area, the possibilities it opens up, and what only art can achieve?

We sincerely look forward to your participation.
